2 bottles red wine
2oz dried orange zest
2oz cinnamon sticks
20 cardamom seeds
25 cloves
16oz blanched almonds
16oz raisins
Heat the wine in a pot with all the spices, except the raisins. Do not boil.
Add in raisins right before serving. Serve hot.
